NCS Blind Recruitment

NCS blind recruitment eliminates factors such as place of origin, family background, educational level, or appearance, which may lead to bias or unfair discrimination during the hiring process (application, written test, interview). Instead, it evaluates applicants purely on their abilities (job competencies). Blind recruitment means removing discriminatory evaluation factors and focusing only on job-related competencies. The overall process is the same as traditional job-based recruitment, except that discriminatory elements are excluded at every stage.
